About the coach

As a dating and relationship coach, I specialize in helping clients build genuine connections and realize their romantic goals. I work with clients who want to break past patterns to find or regain love, as well as those seeking to deepen connections with loved ones. While most of those relationships are romantic, I also coach individuals facing friendship and family troubles, leading to more meaningful relationships across the board.

Coaching Style

I’m goal-oriented – we will define and work a plan together to get you to your goals – and combine empathy, delicacy and truth-telling to help you feel confident in sharing who you are authentically. With life experiences like marrying, step-parenting, divorcing, then dating again as a working mom, I “get it.” I’ve made big changes too, trading Upstate New York winters for beachside living in Puerto Rico…and met the love of my life. Working with me means you’ll gain an experienced guide, partner and cheerleader during tough times!

Career & Education

Early in my career, I oversaw Seventeen magazine’s Guys and dating-advice section, and subsequently spent more than 20 years in professional communications, human resources and coaching roles, first returning to my relationship roots as a professional matchmaker. I hold a B.A. and M.A. from Syracuse University – in journalism and French, the language of love – and coaching certifications from the Relationship Coaching Institute, with International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC certification in process. Let me help you realize your dreams too!
