About Alison

Alison Pase is a relationship and reinvention coach for high-achieving professionals navigating the aftermath of a breakup or relationship collapse. She works with clients who are successful on paper — but feel disoriented, conflicted or unlike themselves after a relationship ends.

Alison’s work focuses on helping people stabilize first, rebuild identity and self-trust and make clear, grounded decisions about what comes next — whether that means thoughtfully rebuilding a relationship or intentionally starting over.

Her approach blends emotional intelligence with strategy, structure, and deep respect for the reality of adult lives. Clients describe her style as calm, direct, and deeply containing — a steady presence during moments when decisions feel high-stakes and emotions run high.

Experience & Background

Alison brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. After rebuilding her own life following divorce, major career transition, health crises and profound personal loss, she designed a practice centered on clarity rather than urgency, and wisdom rather than quick fixes. She has since worked with more than 1,000 clients worldwide, helping them regain stability, stop repeating patterns, and create healthier, more aligned relationships.

Before coaching, Alison spent over two decades in professional communications, human resources, and executive-level roles, and earlier in her career oversaw dating and relationship advice content at Seventeen magazine. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from Syracuse University, Relationship Coaching Institute and other credentials and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member, as well as a co-author on the #1 best-selling Start Over book series.

Originally from Upstate New York and now based in Puerto Rico, Alison works privately with clients who value discretion, depth, and thoughtful guidance — and who want to make relationship decisions they can respect long after the crisis has passed.
